    Who is a PCBU - Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking 

    This webinar will explain the duties of businesses under the WHS Act,
    including the responsibilities of officers, workers, and supervisors. The
    session will provide a structured overview of workplace safety
    obligations and compliance requirements. It will consist of a 45-minute
    presentation, followed by 15 minutes of questions from online
    participants. When you RSVP, you can submit questions ahead of time.
